Partner program FAQ
Does applying create my partner account immediately?
No. The application is reviewed manually. Only Super Admin can approve it. After approval, you receive a secure link to create your password and activate the Partner Portal.
When does commission become available?
Eligible commission is created after a successful subscription payment and normally becomes available after the seven-day validation hold.
Does the customer always receive 10% discount?
The partner discount applies to the customer's first successful eligible paid subscription. Future renewals are charged at the normal plan price while eligible recurring partner commission continues.
Can another partner replace my customer attribution?
No. The first successful partner attribution is locked. Only an audited Super Admin action can reassign it.
